While our foundation lies in show-quality Bernese Mountain Dogs of outstanding type, structure, and presence, Sumbern puppies are offered to discerning families who value excellence above titles. These are Bernese of remarkable beauty and balance—dogs whose quiet confidence and unmistakable breed type command attention wherever they go. When a puppy is not retained for our own program, it is placed with the intention that it will become a cherished and integral member of a devoted home.

The care of a Sumbern puppy begins long before conception. Our breeding dogs are meticulously selected and conditioned, supported by superior nutrition, comprehensive veterinary care, and constant hands-on attention throughout pregnancy and lactation. We personally oversee every delivery and monitor the critical early hours and days with unwavering diligence.

Each puppy represents the future of the Sumbern legacy and our ongoing responsibility to the Bernese Mountain Dog breed. Our puppy-raising process is deliberately intensive, producing puppies who are confident, well-socialized, and both physically and mentally prepared for life beyond our home. Sumbern puppies are available to their families beginning at eight to ten weeks of age.

Our 2026 puppy price is $3500 plus delivery charges, if flights or ground transportation is required.
